New Russian drone bases offer a new vision of next-generation warfare. Those bases can also give the central government a role in internal affairs. Drone bases and their equipment can be remotely controlled. So, if drone swarms are ready for operations. Those drone bases can host Geran 2 and 3. And Geran 4 drones. Maybe. Those drone bases can operate smaller drones used for self-defense. They might also operate other, more secretive weapon systems. Like. Jammers and other things. That should help Russian operations.

The remote operators can operate individually. Or. They can be operated as swarms. This means that the leader can activate those drones remotely from their office. The AI-based systems can operate independently. And. Those drones can be dangerous tools. Leaders can see into anybody’s house in real time. Those drones can carry microphones. So. They can eavesdrop on any person in their area. If those drones carry laser microphones. They. Can also hear what people talk about in houses.
They can also be used against rebellions. Those drones can provide extreme firepower. And. Reconnaissance ability. For a couple of people. Using AI-based user interfaces, a single person can operate multiple drone swarms. And millions of drones. The drone swarms can operate from multiple platforms. Undercover units like trains, lorries, ships, and airplanes can bring them into the operational area. Cruise- and ballistic missiles can deliver small drones over the operational area.
Drones can wait. On the ground silently. And wait for orders. This means that drones can strike unpredictably. High-tech is more vulnerable. Than. Some 1960s technology. One bullet can damage or destroy a high-tech fighter.
Morphing neural networks. And self-learning algorithms are tools that make drones more effective. A drone swarm. That uses. These kinds of algorithms can share information with other drones. Morphing ability means that the drone swarm can lose its members. The system can use simulations. To avoid enemy contact too early. When drones search shadow areas. Enemy systems. Cannot see those drones.
Drones can map radar shadow areas. Their operators can use that data for mission planning.
Things like virtual user interfaces. Digital twins and many other new types of digital systems. Like. AI makes it possible to fly drones virtually to the target. Laser scanners and CCD cameras can create a complete 3D model of the area. The scanner. It. Sees the 3D shape of the area. CCD camera makes it possible. For the AI. To put colors on those structures. The drone pairs there; another uses radar or a laser scanner. Another drone observes the signal.
UV-based scanner technology is the new tool against stealth aircraft. The IR system sees a system that sends IR light. But those systems are blind to UV systems. Things like invisibility cloaks are impressive. But active lidar scanners can see those things. The problem with invisibility cloaks is that laser scanners uncover them. Even. If they absorb all radiation. Laser scanners can see the invisibility cloak as a white point against the background. Those scanners can be in drones. Drones that emit radiation are otherwise easy targets for missiles. But they are easier to replace than ground-based scanners.
The more complicated drone sends that. Which. Can map the shadow areas from the digital twin. The drone operator can fly drones to their targets using a virtual environment. Then the system copies those maneuvers to drones.
The drone uses the digital twin to create the map for DSMAC systems. Digital scene-matching correlation means a drone or cruise missile can find targets using aerial images. The drone or missile can also recognize the target's shape. And that means they can find and attack targets independently.
